First, take a tour of our stylish and modern apartment interiors, complete with designer light fixtures, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern tile backsplashes, and matte black accents. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of triple pane tilt-in windows, integrated air conditioning, and luxury vinyl wood-like flooring. And, with a large washer and dryer included in every unit, doing laundry has never been easier.

Next, take in the views of Everett, WA from the comfort of your apartment home. With high ceilings on the ground floor and top floor units (ranging from 10-12′), you’ll have plenty of natural light to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

There’s more to life at Nimbus Apartments than the awesome arcade. Our prime location in Downtown Everett is part of the appeal. Before or after your on-site tour, check out the neighborhood you’re moving into for a feel of what life’s really like. 

With a short, one-mile loop you can see a sample of the neighborhood. Whatever time you visit us, there’s somewhere ready to introduce you to the Everett beyond Nimbus Apartments. 

IN THE MORNING

Just down Rockefeller Ave, find Narrative Coffee Co. Within a stunningly sun-lit space, they serve seriously good coffee selected from roasters in anonymized tastings every two months to ensure they serve the best.

If it’s a Sunday, walk through the Everett Farmers Market next for a preview of all the local vendors you can shop once you move in.

Continue to Wall St. and return towards Nimbus along Colby Ave to pass by Imagine Children’s Museum, Schack Art Center, and Historic Everett Theater a few of the hot spots of fun and culture nearby. The walk passes by a sampling of Everett’s dining options under ten minutes from Nimbus. If you’re hungry, you might find your new favorite go-to when you don’t want to cook.

In the final stretch of this one-mile loop, pass Funko Everett across from Village Theater.

IN THE AFTERNOON

Whether you want a snack or a treat, stop by Las Fridas This Mexican snack bar has something for a full range of cravings from refreshing and sweet Frescas Frida to spicy and savory Elote.

Pass by Everett’s Public Library on the way over to At Large Brewing’s indoor tasting room and patio. With 14 rotating taps of their own beers alongside a few visitors, two cider options, a seltzer, and canned wines, they are a brewery with something for everyone.

Return to Nimbus via California St. if you’re looking for a lunch or dinner option. Botan Ramen and Eight Ball Cafe are right on your path.
